Hi I am Ingrid
Hey, I am Ingrid, and I grew up in Heemstede, Netherlands. Working with individuals and providing guidance throughout their journey has always been my passion. It's this drive that led me to pursue a career in coaching.
Growing up in the Europe and spending 20+ years in Uganda, Djibouti, and now Johannesburg, South Africa, has given me a unique perspective on life. My personal and professional journey has allowed me to see the world through different cultural lenses. Interacting with people from diverse ethnicities, nations, and beliefs has broadened my outlook on how to tackle problems. Despite our varying upbringings and vastly different cultures, it's clear that many of our struggles are still fundamentally relatable.
As I journeyed through my international path, I faced many emotional transitions, feeling stuck and unsure of how to move forward in life. It was then that I discovered the Power of Breathwork. Through the use of the Transformational Breathing technique, I was able to address suppressed emotions and release emotional trauma and really open up my breathing system. The result was a feeling of lightness, joy, and peace, akin to coming home.
I was so impressed that I began my journey of becoming a facilitator as I desperately wanted to share this with more people. I use breathwork and coaching to assist my clients in their self-development journey with the aim to optimise their breathing, for their emotional healing and well-being, and to reach their full potential.
