1-on-1 Breathwork Coaching
Discover the life-changing effects of breathwork through my one-on-one coaching sessions.
Here's what you can expect from the session

The session commences with a check-in to identify your objectives and intentions. During the practice, I will guide and facilitate your breathing to optimise your individual journey.

We then start with the practice of active breathing which typically lasts for around 35 minutes. I use gentle touch, sound, affirmations, and acupressure to help release any pent-up emotions.

From an active breathing state, I guide you smoothly into a more meditative state where you can process any emotions that have surfaced during the session. Many clients gain insights and clarity on specific issues they may be facing.

To conclude, we'll conduct another check-in and review your progress. I will provide feedback on your breathing pattern, including tips for exercises to help you maintain a sense of calm and balance at home.
