I had been through a traumatic breakup which made me aware of childhood patterns that I needed to release. I was feeling very emotional and was seeing various health practitioners. One suggested I try breathwork. I met Ingrid at a workshop and loved how I felt after the group breathwork, so made an appointment to see her.

Ingrid has a lovely healing and gentle energy. She guides you through the breathwork in her calm, safe environment.

Breathwork helped release my physical and emotional stress, I learnt how to calm myself when anxious. It took me into a deeper state of mind, which enabled me to access deep buried emotions and traumas.

I am so aware of the shifts that happened during my sessions with Ingrid which continued to shift after leaving her space. I feel more connected to my spiritual core, as my experience felt so interconnected to spirit.  I feel more grounded and rooted now and feel a huge sense of relief. It improved my sleep as I managed to relieve my anxiety and stresses.
