Here is what to expect from the session
My 6-week program consists of one full coaching and breathing session per week, spread over six weeks. We highly recommend this program as it will help you achieve long-lasting results.
The program is designed to help you achieve the following:

Reduction in stress and anxiety
Tools to help you handle anything that comes your way
Unblock patterns that have kept you from making changes and moving forward in life
Here's what you can expect from each week:
Week 1 – Discover and Exploration
During this week, I will help you set your goals, create awareness of your breathing pattern, and observe how it impacts your progress in life.
Week 2 – Activate Your Physical Body
This session will help you detoxify through breathing and make contact with your entire body.
Week 3 – Activate Your Mental/Emotional Body
I will guide you in making contact with your limiting beliefs and blocked patterns, and help you create new neuro-pathways.
Week 4 – Energy and Focus
I will guide you in breathing for more energy and focus.
Week 5 – Relaxation
Experience how conscious breathing can bring about relaxation, which has a positive impact on both your physical and mental health.
Week 6 – Integration
This week, I will help you bring everything you've learned together by connecting your gut, heart, and mind with your breath, and bringing your body and mind into balance.
After each session, I will provide you with tailored breathing exercises to take home, which will help you open up your breathing more. Every week, I will build on your practice and ultimately increase your breathing capacity and function.
